Using BFF Print

What you can expect from us, and what we expect from you. Short, because the service is simple: you send a document, you pay, you collect it at the machine.

The short version. Upload a document, pay, and collect it at a BFF machine using the code we send you. Prices are shown before you pay. If the machine does not print your job, tell us and we refund you. We delete your document shortly after it prints.

1. Who you are dealing with

BFF Print is a self-service document printing service operated by Ganapati Fashions Ltd (BFF Vending), Sector 62, Noida. Contact: info@bffvending.in, or WhatsApp +91 8470800800.

By uploading a document and paying, you accept these terms.

2. How the service works

No account is needed. We ask for your mobile number only so we can send you the code.

3. Your pickup code

Your code is valid for 24 hours. Treat it like cash: anyone holding it can collect your documents from the machine, so do not share it.

If your job is not collected within that time it expires, and the money is not automatically returned — contact us and we will look at it.

4. Prices and payment

The price for your specific job is always shown before you pay, and that is the amount charged. Rates can change, but never for an order already paid for.

One thing worth knowing, because it surprises people: if you choose Auto colour and any page contains colour, the whole document is charged at the colour rate. If you choose Black & White, every page is charged at the black & white rate, even if the file itself is in colour. Choose Black & White if you do not need the colour.

5. If something goes wrong

Machines jam, run out of paper and occasionally fail. If your job does not print, or prints only partly, contact us and we will refund you for what you did not receive. Refunds are handled by a person, not automatically, so please get in touch rather than waiting.

We also stop taking orders when no machine is able to print, rather than taking money for a job that cannot be done.

We cannot refund a job that printed correctly but was not collected, or one where the file itself was wrong — the wrong document, the wrong pages, or a layout that did not come out as you expected on paper.

6. What you may print

You are responsible for what you send us. By uploading a document you confirm that you have the right to print it, and that it does not:

We do not read your documents and we do not check them. That is a privacy decision, not an endorsement: the responsibility stays with you.

7. Your documents and your data

We keep your document only as long as we need it to print your job, then delete it. The full detail — what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and your rights — is in our privacy notice, which forms part of these terms.

If you import from Google Drive, we only ever receive the files you yourself pick. We never get access to the rest of your Drive.

8. Availability

The machines run around the clock, but they are physical machines in buildings we do not control. We cannot promise a particular machine will be available at a particular moment. Where we know a machine cannot print, we say so before you pay.

9. Limits of our responsibility

If we get something wrong, our responsibility is limited to refunding what you paid for the affected job. We are not responsible for indirect losses — a missed deadline, a missed submission, or similar — arising from a machine being unavailable or a print failing.

Nothing here limits any right you have under Indian consumer law that cannot be limited.

10. Changes, and the law that applies

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you place an order is the one that applies to it.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.
