Which document types can I print?▾
PDFs, Word (.doc/.docx), PowerPoint (.ppt/.pptx), Excel (.xls/.xlsx), plain text and pictures (JPG, PNG and more). We turn each one into a ready-to-print PDF for you.
Can each document have its own settings?▾
Yes — set colour or black & white, one- or two-sided, print quality (Normal or Best), number of copies and a page range on each document independently. There's also a one-tap way to reuse the same choices across everything.
How is the cost worked out?▾
By the page. If a document has any colour page it's treated as a colour job and every page is charged at the colour rate; an all-black-and-white document is charged the lower B&W rate. Choosing Best quality (sharper) costs a little more than Normal. You're charged only for the pages you actually print, and a small per-order minimum may apply.
How large can a file be?▾
Each file can be up to 50 MB, and you can combine several files into one order.
How do I get my prints?▾
Once you've paid we give you a short pickup code. Type it into any BFF print machine and your documents come out — take them and you're done.
What if my payment doesn't complete?▾
You're only charged when the payment goes through. If a print doesn't come out properly at the machine, get in touch with support and we'll put it right.
