This is the notice we are required to give you before you share anything with us.
It is written to be read, not to be skipped.
This notice is not fully configured yet. The operator has not published the
registered entity and grievance contact. Please do not rely on this notice until they have.
The short version. We take your document and your mobile number, we use them
to print your job and send you the pickup code, and then we delete them — the document
15 minutes after it prints. We do not sell
your data, we do not advertise to you, and we do not read your documents.
1. Who is responsible

—. We decide why and how your personal data is processed here, and we
are accountable for it.
2. What we collect
The file you upload — your document or photo, exactly as you send it.
We convert it to a print-ready form. No person at BFF reads your file, and
it is never used for anything but printing your job.
Your mobile number — required, because it is how we send your pickup
code. Without it, the code exists only on the screen in front of you.
Your payment — handled by our payment gateway. We receive a payment
reference and the amount. We never see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank
credentials.
Job details — pages, colour, copies, price, which machine and when.
3. Why we use it, and nothing else
Each item is used only for the purpose it was collected for:
To render, price and print your job.
To send your pickup code and let you collect at the machine.
To take payment, and to refund you if a print fails.
To keep the transaction record that tax and accounting law requires us to keep.
We do not profile you, advertise to you, sell your data, or use your
documents to train anything.
4. How long we keep it
Deletion is automatic and runs on a timer — it does not wait for anyone to remember.

5. Who else sees it
Our payment gateway — to take your payment and process refunds.
WhatsApp — to deliver your pickup code to the number you gave us.
The print machine at your campus — it downloads your document to print
it, and clears it afterwards.
That is the complete list. We do not share your data with anyone else, and we do not transfer it
outside India except where a service above does so as part of delivering it to you.
6. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you may:
Ask what we hold about you and how it has been used.
Correct or complete anything inaccurate.
Have it erased — though in most cases the timer above will already
have done it.
Nominate someone to exercise these rights if you cannot.
Withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it. Tell us
and we will stop processing and delete what remains. Withdrawing does not undo a print that has
already happened, or a payment already made.
Complain — first to us, and if we do not resolve it, to the Data
Protection Board of India.

7. If you are under 18
The law treats you as a child, and we may only process your data with your parent or guardian's
verifiable consent. Please do not use this service without it. We never
track children or show them advertising.
8. Keeping it safe
Everything travels over an encrypted connection.
Your pickup code is stored hashed, and is cleared the moment you collect.
Only an authenticated print machine can fetch a document, and only against a valid code.
If a breach affects your data, we will inform you and the Data Protection Board as the law
requires.
9. Your consent
Ticking the box before you pay means you agree to what is written above — specifically, that we
may process the file you upload and the mobile number you give us, for the purposes in section 3,
for the periods in section 4.
Your consent is limited to that. It is not a permission to use your data
for anything else, and you may withdraw it at any time.
